Spark was Stantec’s quarterly employee magazine, designed to bring the company’s culture, people, projects, and strategic vision to life through engaging editorial storytelling. As part of a collaborative design team spanning the U.S. and Canada, I contributed select layouts and editorial spreads for each issue, working within Stantec’s architecture business and established brand system.

Our team combined typography, photography, branded graphics, and structured editorial content to create a cohesive publication across contributions from multiple designers. In partnership with executive leadership, Spark communicated company initiatives, core values, and key accomplishments to employees through both digital and printed editions distributed across North America.
